How are practitioners and programmes vetted?

Every practitioner on Global Wellness Trip holds recognised certifications in their field. Our founding programmes come from QiMag Wholistic Professionals, with over 65 years of practice and 3,000+ certified practitioners across 53 countries. As the platform grows, all vendors must meet our qualification standards before listing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through PayPal, which supports credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal balances. All transactions are processed securely through AEI Wellness Sdn Bhd.

What are the transaction fees?

Transaction fees are 3% for domestic (Malaysian) payments and 7% for international payments. These are displayed transparently at checkout — no surprises.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 14+ days before the programme start date receive a 50% refund. Cancellations 7–14 days prior receive a 25% refund. Cancellations less than 7 days before the programme are non-refundable. If a vendor cancels, you receive a full refund. All bookings are valid for 12 months from purchase.

Do you handle scheduling and appointments?

Global Wellness Trip connects you with practitioners — scheduling is arranged directly between you and your practitioner after booking. This ensures your experience is personalised and flexible.

Are programmes available online?

Yes. Programmes may be delivered in-person, online, or as a hybrid — depending on the practitioner and offering. Delivery mode is clearly stated on each programme page.

What currencies do you support?

All prices are displayed in both Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and US Dollars (USD).
