1. Overview

Global Wellness Trip is a curated wellness marketplace operated by QiMag Wholistic Professionals PLT. All transactions are processed through AEI Wellness Sdn Bhd. By using this platform, you agree to the following terms.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are made through our secure online checkout. Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and US Dollars (USD). Transaction fees of 3% (domestic) or 7% (international) apply and are displayed transparently at checkout. Payment is processed via PayPal.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14+ days before the programme start date receive a 50% refund. Cancellations 7–14 days prior receive a 25% refund. Cancellations less than 7 days before the programme are non-refundable. If a vendor cancels, you receive a full refund. All bookings are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

4. Practitioner Responsibility

Global Wellness Trip connects you with independent wellness practitioners. While all practitioners are vetted for qualifications and credentials, the platform is not directly responsible for the delivery of individual programmes. Scheduling and programme specifics are arranged between you and your practitioner.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including text, images, branding, and programme descriptions — is the property of QiMag Wholistic Professionals PLT or its respective vendors. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Global Wellness Trip and its parent entities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform or participation in any programme listed herein.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sabah, Malaysia.
